Aujourd'hui je vous montre ma dernière page appelée "  créer la symphony! avec une des photos de ma fille prise l'an dernier dans un magnifique champ de coquelicot!

 

Today I'd like to show you my january layout called "Create the symphony" with a little sneak peek of my daughter last year in a poppy field!

Vous savez quoi? j'adore les coquelicots!!! et cette photo me rappelle le printemps!....qu'il revienne vite!!!!

Voici mon processus créatif! Here is my creative process
Pour commencer j'ai pris un papier 30x30 de la collection Sunrise/sunset
I chose one paper from the Sunrise/Sunset collection

 J'ai déchiré des bandes de papiers, que j'ai collé à la verticale en bas de ma page, avec du gel mat!.

Strips of paper  were layered randomly on the front. To adhere them to the paper Soft Matte Gel was used.

I covered all with Clear Gesso

Ce n'est pas un secret...j'adore les pâtes de textures craquelées en platinium et en blanc.

Si vous n'avez jamais utilisé, vous devriez et verrez qu'elles sont incroyables!

 

It is no secret that I love Art Extravagance Texture Paste in platinium and white crackle. If you have not used this product yet, you really must as it is amazing! 
J'applique une couche un peu épaisse au couteau à peindre. Vous pouvez sécher au heat gun...mais l'effet n'est pas aussi prononcé que lorsque vous laissez sécher naturellement

 

 I applied a fairly chunky layer of texture paste. You can use your heating tool of course, but personally, every time I use crackle pastes, I prefer to wait patiently, knowing that the effect will be even more stunning!

 

ToPour créer un fond aux couleurs vibrantes, j'applique des Color bloom....to create the vibrant colour, color bloom was applied.

 

Je dispose des morceaux de papiers (chutes) derrière ma photo pour la rigidifier.

I put layered papers behind the photo before gluing everything on my background

 

 

Ensuite j'ai fondu ma photo à mon fond en la recouvrant partiellement de pâte de texture au couteau de peintre.

Puis j'ai appliqué un mélange d'acrylique blanche et de color blomm pour représenter le champ de coquelicot au delà de la photo.
I wanted to add some texture to my piece so I used  Texture paste withe crackle and white sand around my photo. Then I applied a mixture of white acrylic and color bloom, to simulate the poppy field out of the picture.
 
J'ai réalisé des coquelicots qui me serviront d'embellissements...avec du papier aquarelle de 200g, des Gelatos, de l'encre Dylusion appliqué à la pipette et les tampons Prima ronds couture (pas taper!!!! ils vont être réédités!!!)Je les découpe à la main et les attaches à ma page avec des brads que j'ai au préalable embossés avec de la poudre noire!.

 

It only remains to create the poppies used as embellishments, with Gelato, Dylusions, and China Ink. Then stamped and cut by hand following the outlines.

Voici ma participation

J'ai pris comme point de départ le nouveau concept de Zorrotte Scrap lancé en janvier dernier, le POSITIV+JOURNAL. Chaque semaine une inspiration avec tuto et les réalisations de son équipe créative. Un concept qui me plaît bien puisque l'on parle de positiv attitude. Voici donc la couverture de mon art journal!

 

Today I'd like to show you the cover of my new art journal! A book of me for 2015!
I would like a bright and shine year!!!
I decided to join the "Positiv+journal"  a Facebook group and a blog create by Zorrotte Craft and combined all the challenges in this art journal!

J'ai commencé par enduire ma couverture de gesso, puis j'ai collé des bandes de papiers déchirés, du résist canvas et des chutes de dentelles. J'ai encore tout recouvert de gesso.

 

 I chose one paper from the Sunrise/Sunset collection , white resist canvas sprayed with Color Bloom, and vintage lace for the background. I covered all with Clear Gesso

J'ai appliqué deux couleurs d'encres en spray, bubblegum de Dylusion et Glistening wawes de Color Bloom.
To create the vibrant colour Dylusions Ink Spray and color bloom was applied.

 Avec un pochoir j'ai rajouté du relief en appliquantdu gloss gel 3D sur lequel j'ai saupoudré trois couleurs de paillettes différentes tout en restant dans mon combo de couleurs.

 

To create a small amount of light texture 3D gloss Gel was applied with a palette knife through the Bubbles stencil, and then I applied glitter in 3 different colors.
 

 

Pour ajouter du contraste, j'ai tamponné le motif damier à la versamark, puis je l'ai embossé à la poudre noire ainsi que le titre réalisé au stylo versamark puis embossé à la poudre noire.

I wanted to add some texture to my piece so I used a Vintage Vanity stamp and embossed it with black powder.
I wrote my title with an embossing pen, embossed with black powder, cut it out and added to my layout.

Bohemian Rhapsody

Hello Hello!

Je ne sais pas vous, mais ici en France l'hiver peine à s'installer, l'été indien dure! et ce n'est pas pour nous déplaire car c'est l'occasion de sortir se balader et nous donne l'occasion de faire des photos aux belles couleurs automnales.

 

I don't know about your part of the world but here in France, winter is not yet on the horizon and we're still enjoying our Indian Summer. This season is such a great opportunity to go on walks and take some photos in beautiful autumn color palettes.

 

Aujourd'hui dans la DT de Finnabair c'est mon tour de vous présenter une nouvelle page créée avec les produits Art Basic Art extravagance Art ingredient et les embellissements métal.

Je suis totalement sous le charme j'ai l'impression de me transformer en savant fou et d'essayer d'étranges recettes et mixtures.

Today, I'd like to present my new layout evoking this atmosphere and created with products from Art Basics, Art Extravagance and Art Ingredients lines.

I'm totally in love with these products and I feel as if I was transformed into a mad scientist trying out all kinds of strange concoctions and recipes. ;)

 

Je trouve que ma fille sur la photo à des airs  bohèmes une manière et un art de vivre que nous apprécions ici dans le Sud de la France!!!. Le combo de couleurs est inspiré des teintes de la photo, de l'art bohème et aussi je voulais des couleurs chaudes qui illustrent bien l'automne.

 

I think that in this photo, my daughter has this great Bohemian style and feel to her, this very special spirit and embodies the "art de vivre" - the style and art of living - that we really value here in the South of France!

The color combo on my layout was inspired by the tones in the photo and I wanted to play with the beautiful warm shades of autumn

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Et voici mon processus créatif!

 

Je commence par prendre un papier aquarelle. Parfait pour le travail des encres et le collage des embellissements. J'ai choisie deux papiers de la collection Sunrise/Sunset pour le fond de page.

I started by taking a watercolor paper. It's just perfect when you work with so much ink and a lot of embellishments. I chose two papers from the Sunrise/Sunset collection for the background. 

 Je coupe des morceaux de papiers de différentes tailles que je regroupe et colle en haut de ma page et en descendant vers le bas.

I then cut and tore the pieces of paper in an irregular manner and in different sizes. I grouped them at the top of my page and arranged them descending towards the bottom.

Je recouvre tout de gesso dilué pour harmoniser le tout et créer un fondu. Cela permet aussi de faire mieux accrocher les encres.

 

I covered everything with a layer of watered down White Gesso to add some harmony and blend the pieces of paper with the background. The gesso also helps all the inks better adhere to the surface.

  J'aplique sur certaines parties de  la pâte de texture cuivrée avec un couteau. 

 

Then, using a palette knife, I covered some parts of my layout with Art Extravagance Copper Crackle Texture Paste.

 

 Ensuite j'applique des paillettes à l'aide de gel mat dilué. 

Then, I went for the all the sparkling things. I diluted Soft Matt 3D Gel with water (not too much, we don't want it to become too watery), I mixed it with glitter and to my page apllied.

J'ajoute des tampons surtout sur le haut pour créer un mur, et des papillons à l'aide du mask et du gel mat transparent, au final vous verrez je les recouvre de Silks or!.

 

I also added some stamping with black Archival Ink... ... and some textural butterflies that I created with 3D Matte Gel applied through a stencil. When dry, the Gel is transparent and I planned to cover it with some gold Silk paint later on.

 j'agrafe plusieurs morceaux de papiers ensembles et je colle ma photo avec de la mousse 3D.

I stapled together a few pieces of paper on which I attached my photo with 3D foam.

 Je colle un grand nombre d'embellissements métal et de fleurs en papiers sur le haut de ma page pour créér une continuité avec les fleurs de la photo.

I added some metal embellishments and paper flowers to decorate the top of my page and to make them correspond with the flowers on the photo.

 

 Je colle tout et je recouvre de gesso blanc et ensuite de plusieurs couleurs d'encres Dylusions et Color Bloom. Je fais volontairement des coulures vers le bas de ma page pour un effet de mouvement.

After glueing everything down, I covered it all with White Gesso and then with different colors of Dylusions Inks and Color Bloom sprays. I let the inks drip to create a downward movement.

 Je termine en appliquant 3 couleurs différentes de Silks sur les reliefs des embellissements. Quand tout est sec j'applique enfin des paillettes violettes.

 

Finally, I applied three colors of Silks paints on the edges of my embellishments. When everything dried, I finished with adding some beautiful purple glitter. 
 

J'écris mon titre au pinceau avec de l'encre de chine

 

 

I wrote my title with China ink and a brush.
